Activation requirement
- Properly filled up International Roaming Subscription Form. (https://www.grameenphone.com/personal/services/roaming/ir-forms)
- Photocopy (both side) of customer’s international credit card (hiding the CVC or CVV number).Cardholder's signature on the back side need to be there.
- Top up necessary balance is USD which will be deducted from shared credit card
- NID
Activation Process
Customer needs to mail Grameenphone at gproaming@grameenphone.com with necessary document mentioned in Activation requirement or Customer can come to GPC with documents as mentioned
Roaming Categories
- Standard (Includes voice, SMS and Internet service)
- Basic (Includes voice, SMS service)
- SMS (Only SMS)
During roaming activation customer needs to choose one of the roaming categories and when customer will mail at gproaming@grameenphone.com s/he needs to mention his preference.
Later on based on need customer can migrate one categories to another by dialing USSD *121*6*6*2# (Migration Applicable between Standard and Basic)
TravelSure Feature:
The feature that prevents roaming customer from “Bill-shock” from expensive & unintentional data roaming. Be relaxed and enjoy worry-free data roaming service. This is applicable for Standard roaming.
When customer activate Standard roaming, internet limit will be set as 5MB (default) and as customer will reach the limit, roaming data service will be temporarily turned off. However, customer can choose/migrate another limit (20 MB/50 MB/ 200 MB/ Unlimited) by dialing USSD *121*6*6*7#
This feature is applicable when customer are using pay go tariff instead of pack

Features & Conditions:
- Customer will be charged upfront (in USD) for a successful purchase.
- These Data Bundles & Combo will not be renewed automatically.
- Only Standard roaming customer will be eligible to purchase.
- If any customer with other category (Basic roaming) wants to purchase roaming Data Bundle & Combo packs, he/she needs to migrate to Standard, then can purchase the desired roaming pack by dialing USSD code *121*6*6*2#.
- For Roaming bundle activation from MyGP app, please go to the Home page MyGP, then click on “Offers” tab, then click on Roaming
- The customer can select network selection auto mode (2G/3G/4G option), if network not latched automatically, then need to select 2G/3G/4G option manually in the handset settings to avail roaming services.
- In some of the countries, 4G may not be available, in such cases please select 3G. If 3G is not available, then please select 2G/GPRS
- While you are roaming, you are requested to turn off VOLTE option from Handset to use the roaming service
