Requirement:

  1. Grameenphone Postpaid package with ISD connectivity.
  2. Properly filled up International Roaming Subscription Form.
  3. Photocopy of customer’s international credit card (both side) and duly signed on the photocopy (hiding the CVC or CVV number).
  4. Cardholder's signature on the back side of the card is mandatory.
  5. Signature of the card holder (back side on the card) should be matched with the signature on auto debit form.
  6. For foreign currency account holder, FC A/C authentication in Bank letterhead and FC A/C authentication in Company letterhead (hiding the CVC or CVV number).
  7. Security deposit Amount:

Tk. 10,000 (Bangladeshi Citizens) without Auto Debit
Tk. 3,000 (Foreign Citizens) with Auto Debit

Migration:

  • Standard roaming customer can migrate only to Basic roaming or Data roaming packages.
  • There is 01 day lock-in period between successive migration. That is customer will be able to migrate after 01 (one) day from initial roaming activation or from last migration.
  • Customers can check the current roaming package & the eligible date for migration by sending SMS; type “Check” and send to 23040.

  • Customer needs to send SMS typing “SR OFF” and send to 27000 after arriving Bangladesh from abroad to get regular local services.
  • Customer can enjoy in-flight roaming and maritime roaming as well

  • Auto bills pay form only for postpaid customer
  • Prepaid customer needs to recharge minimum 1 USD during initial activation.
